I agree. Change Columbia's legal status. Incoporating seems like a reasonable legal entity to be considered.

Call you a hypocrite, no way. Wise, intelligent, informed, yes to any and all of these terms as being descriptive of your thoughts


CA is a private organization, not a government body (as you noted), so you would not be a hypocrite in any case.

Stupid question- would incorporation get Columbia out from under the thumb of Howard County? I always thought it strange that Columbia property owners had HoCo regulations, CA regulations, village regulations, and often HOA regulations.


So how would one go about making what you suggest happen ?
