My interest in the redevelopment changed from suspicion to hope when I saw that they were thinking they MIGHT put that new exit on 29 at Oakland Mills VC and Lake Kittamaqundi. If they build that, it will be an overpass exit, and a walking path could easily connect the far side of the lake to the Promenade side, and probably encircle it.
