Well, the trial date of (accused) wife murder Robert Jarrett is being pushed back from its original start date of December 6, apprently because of a medical issue with one of the defense attorneys. The new start date will be decided at a hearing Wednesday. Luke Lavoie brings all the noise in this article.
Y'know, I'm all for fair representation, advocates for the accused, and of course for the trial by peers. But I wonder: did this snot bubble postpone his wife's torment and agony at all? Did he postpone burying her body in concrete in the back of their former property in Elkridge? Did he postpone getting out of Dodge so he could avoid prosecution? I'm going to guess the answer to all these questions is a big negatory, good buddy.
So although I understand that granting a postponement in these circumstances is customary, I hope for the shortest postponement possible. Let's consider the family of the victim and providing them some peace after over 20 years.
