As far as Hogan, agree with your take. For your loyal readers, a nice breakdown is here:


Throwing out the mixing of Balt City/County (???), work needs to be done on the Dem side, especially in Howard, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties, and Prince George's is worth watching (Hogan appears to picking up ground from '14 there). Could a Kamenetz (Balt), Baker (PG) or Ulman (HoCo) run change things? Could get interesting.....
