The reason HHHP can't get access to private dollars is because it sucks. Even other non-profits resent how easily HHHP gets funds from the county despite showing such disappointing results. There is absolutley no reason that this joke of program should be publicly supported.

What facts and evidence did you present to support your assertion that HHHP should be publicly supported? I don't see any. Perhaps you should think before you speak?
