I enjoy your blog, Bill. It's really become the top blog in the county in the past year. However, if you want to maintain a broad, larger audience, I would suggest avoiding hyper-local issues, like village board politics. It's easy for those of us not involved to lose interest.

Tim, I couldn't disagree more. I love the hyperlocal focus. Now that the local newspapers went from detailed 100 page tomes to what is basically a pamphlet, there is literally nowhere else to get information on ultra-local issues than the blogs.

Bill, write about whatever you want, and I'll keep reading.
