Find a way to get rid of someone that has done the "dirty work" for the past few years. That someone knows more than they should about the shady dealings. When that person comes forward with the "truth", they will then be accused of playing the poor victim that wants revenge because they lost their job. Ms Jones will be thrown under the bus, no doubt, for doing what she was instructed to do. No one needs a crystal ball to see how this will play out!


With regards to your comment regarding someone from Oakland Mills running in 2018, I've said the same about the SE region. I've been chatting up one individual that I think would be great, got two years to keep working that angle.
